Lunch,but when and where?

Tuesday,28th July 2015.It's a beautiful day in Accra today.Right now it is 2pm and i am sitting on my L-shaped sofa,typing away.I have been worried since the past few days.The reason is that I have been fretting over how to achieve all that i can in my area of "expertise".All this just so that i can get into Harvard.I want to get into Harvard and i am ready to do whatever it takes to achieve my goal.I have also decided what I'll be doing for the next 5 months.Everything that I can accomplish to be a worthy student of Harvard.I have made an actual list of my priorites.And I have my goal set.And now it is time for you,dear reader,to see the photo of the day and how I imagine it to be.

I took this photo on 11th May 2014.How do I know?Well,the name of the photo includes it's date.
Where do ou think  I took this photo?It could be anywhere.Maybe I was dining with a sheikh in the UAE,maybe i was on an expensive cruise ship,maybe I was in a revolving restaurant in Tokyo or maybe I was in a coffee shop in Istanbul.The possibilities are endless.Why did i take this photo?Was i bored or did i find something beautiful about this presentation of my food.Or was i just trying out my new smartphone's camera,or was it a smartphone's camera?For all you know,this photo could hae been taken with a super-expensive DSLR camera.Hmmmm,what are the answers?Did I get you thinking?If yes then read on.
I took this photo in a beautiful Turkish restaurant in Accra on a beautiful day when the weather was pleasant,a cool breeze was blowing,the sun shone brightly and the only music one could hear was the melodious birdsong which never fails to make one feel grateful for being alive.I was there along with my dad,my younger brother,my uncle and my aunt for lunch.We had ordered quite a few dishes and the first dish that arrived was a salad.A salad so exquisitely delicious,as though it was cooked for a king.The almonds and the leaves,along with the fork on my plate in the above photo are actually the remnants of the salad I had just eaten.Who would have thought that salad could be so yummy?Also,who would have thought that the remains of a meal could look so beautiful?And now you get why I had taken that photo.
